? The difference between a plane crash and a lightning strike is that lighting doesn’t strike 150 plus people at the same time. so statistically he’s right. But the number of people who die from lightning strikes is significantly lower than the number of people who have died in plane crashes. So it’s a high risk high reward situation, you get to where you’re going faster but when things get out of hand you’re odds of survival plummet so low, I bet alot of passengers would prefer to have been struck by lightning.
